Lots of small pieces. Each box has same amount of three sizes. We had planned well enough that we felt we had maybe 3% waste, and good balance of sizes and know real "Stacking" problems. The accessories are not acceptable, so our handyman had made our transition pieces. Much better..Flooring is fun, and snappy looking. We made a great choice for our space. Local dealer in Duluth was comfortable to work with, and very pleasent.Thanks

This is a beautful wood floor. The only complaint I have with it is, it is very hard to lock. It has the new locking system and you have to beat it together. I just finished a floor with the old locking system and it was much easier to lock together. This new locking system is supposed to be easier, but not from my experience with it.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery took about 4 days longer than I was told. I was told it would take about a week. It came from the warehouse about 25 miles from the location I ordered it from. I can't see why it took so long. It did arrive in good condition though. Overall I could say that I am pleased with this floor.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I actually had this installed rather than doing myself since the pricing was extremly reasonable. I am extremly please with the look and feel of the floor. Love the 12 mm. Doesn't sound hollow. I have pets including a large dog and the nails are fine on the floor. It appears to wear well.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Looks just like real Hardwood, even has the beveled edges in all directions.
Showed to to neighbors, and they couldn't tell it was laminate.

This floor was installed in a basement kids playroom. It was recommended for its durability and ease of care. Very easy to install and looks great. However, within one week, the laminate finish on the floor in two spots from kids toys being dropped was lost.

I used the laminate in the LR and DR and it looks so close to hardwood. It's very easy to maintain and looks beautiful!

I was highly disappointed in the delivery time. I ordered online and had it shipped to store. The online delivery showed that it would delivered on Monday, November 26th. The actual delivery did not come in until November 30th. My husband had scheduled time off around the original delivery date to install and we were not able to do this. Very disappointing - they need to give more accurate delivery information.

This is a high quality laminate hardwood that looks like we spend much more than we did. We installed in our laundry room, kitchen, and dining room in 2 days.

This floor looks very nice and is extremely easy to install. If you have kids and pets look for something else.
Kids drop things, slide things, push things. A dropped fork will chip the finish. Chairs pushed across the floor will leave scratches.
Like I said, it looks great ,but don't expect great durability.

This is the thickest laminate that we retail (other than one 15MM) so it is the most durable. The key to keeping the flooring looking wonderful for years to come is the maintainence - make sure your dogs nails stayed trimmed and clean up any water as quickly as you can and don't allow it to soak in for extremely long periods of timeQ:

It sounds like you may have a buckling floor. Buckling is a problem caused by expansion from humidity level change. When levels rise the flooring expands, if there isn't the recommended expansion gap or if there is something else stopping the the movement such as a nail or trim that prevents expansion, it can bind and buckle. Inspect the perimeter of the flooring and see if anything is jamming it up. If you find the problem, remedy and dis-assemble the flooring to the buckling. Reinstall.Q:
I have a two year old and a 1 year old dog (medium size). I am looking for a seamless transition between my den and kitchen. It will also be the flooring in my laundry room and pantry. It will be installed as a floating floor over a concrete foundation with a moisture barrier underneath. I am very concerned with the water spills from the dishwasher, sink, etc and from my child. Will this floor hold up to normal daily activities with a 2 year old? Do you recommend going with this flooring? Does it scratch easily? My son loves to play with trains and cars on the floor. All laminates require liquid spills to be wiped up "promptly" to prevent moisture seeping into the joints between the planks. It does have a very tough finish it does not easily scratch.Q:
