I am putting wood floors in a home we're about to sell, so we don't want to spend as much as if it were for us. I have honey oak cabinets/builtins. I'm looking for a flooring that has dark and light shades, to blend with the honey cabinets. This looks like it has that, but I'm not absolutely sure. Does it seem that way to you?1 answer

I'm sure that you do testing on your products before you put them out there for sale to your customers so as this product hasn't been rated by the public yet, I have to ask you: does this particular product scratch or dent easily? Need to know as we have two larger dogs. I'm really interested and have a lot of square feet to cover at a great cost so I'm trying to do my due-diligence. I think this is what I have in the house I just purchased. There are areas with sun fading and some areas with splinters at edges and an plank that has a split and is protruding. Can these floors be refinished? What is the best product to use to care for the floors daily?1 answer

Full refinishing will take slightly under a 1/32” off the veneer of the wood flooring. The thickness of the veneer and how much wear and dents a floor has will determine how many times it can be refinished. Engineered flooring with a 1/8” wear layer or more will be able to be refinished at least once. We recommend that hardwood floor refinishing be done by a professional and if your not sure if you can refinish your flooring have professional sand and finish expert come to your home and evaluate your flooring.
