Q:
I have Brazilian Koa Baseboard. Is nailing or glueing the best way to install this? What size nails in the gun should be used? The molding is going over Koa flooring & against a sheetrock wall.

  A:
  Generally trim molding is nail with 18 gauge brad nails or use 6d-8d finish nails. Nail through sheetrock to studs. If it is not a studded wall, liquid nail type of adhesive can work if braced properly to cure.
