With a variety of 12mm V groove laminate options with an additional 3mm of pre-glued underlayment, from a high gloss to a warm low gloss finish, and with deep, warm to medium hues, this spectacular product make a stunning floor!

St. James offers a regal alternative. The V groove makes it a snap to install and the texture and detail on each plank gives your floor a real wood look and feel. At 12mm, the St. James Collection is very durable and comes with a 30 year warranty!

Quick Installation Tips:
- Store flooring flat for 48 hours in its original packaging at room temperature.
- Must be installed over a clean, stable, flat, smooth, and dry surface.
- Moisture barrier is recommended for installations over concrete.
- Make sure the panels are mixed sufficiently when you install them so that you do not end up with too many identical, light or dark panels next to each other.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE ADDITIONAL PADDING:
Laminates having pre-attached padding can also be installed over an underlayment. When doing so, Lumber Liquidators recommends the use of our Bellawood Premium underlayment or ECO Silent Sound underlayment. These quality underlayments will best support the joints while ensuring superior thermal sound reduction qualities and are highly recommended for use with condominium associations, project planners and building specifiers.

My husband and I were a little worried about the color match to our hardwood stairs but it worked out perfectly. It looks great. Install was easy. I'll have to write back in a few years regarding longevity.

Quick and relatively easy install

I did my cutting with a battery operated 5-1/2"
bladed circular saw and used a dead blow hammer to help align and fit the slats. Get that install kit! it include a small plastic piece you can hit instead of the slats. There is a learning curve for beginners so be patient.

Recommended:
Mallet or dead blow hammer, laminate install kit for 15 bucks, worth it!

Decided to get rid of the carpeting in the living room and a cheap laminate in the dining room. What a difference in the look and feel. Easy to install. After the two rooms were done, it looked so great we decided to tear out the porcelein tile in the kitchen and extend the butterscotch oak into the kitchen. It looks fantastic and goes great with the red oak cabinets.

The staff at the East Lansing MI store were fabulous from the minute we walked in the store. Gave us excellent suggestions on products that fit our project goals and budget with the result being beautiful floors in my living room and bedrooms. The installers they referred us to were professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. We could not be happier with the success of our job. I will always go to Lumber Liquidators for flooring and will recommend my friends and family do the same.

The 12mm butterscotch oak is absolutely beautiful. My husband was concerned about laminate but this product is top notch. We have a pet and kids. It is very durable. The flooring gives our main living space a touch of class. We put it in the kitchen and the powder too. It is a good quality product worth the money.

Service and delivery comments:

My wood delivery arrived in time and on schedule to allow for it to acclimate to our home.

  This is an exceptional product for pets if you are interested in a laminate, this is the thickest we retail so the durability and scratch reistance wil work well for you (we also retail one laminate that is a 15MM)
