Service and delivery comments:
Fantastic customer service. Ordered this originally, had to return for T-style once we got flooring installed. No issues exchanging it. Had called to see if they had it in stock. Had everything ready for me when I got to store. Gave me more tips on install. Cant say enough about how great staff is!

Comments about 7.5 Laminate Szechuan Ming Bamboo End Cap:
I had a difficult room to install due to untrue walls and irregular objects (closet, floor registers) but I followed the instructons in setting up the room and all went quite well. I am very happy with the final result, and so is my wife (the most important factor).
Comments about 7.5 Laminate Szechuan Ming Bamboo End Cap:
Fairly straight forward install. My dogs seem to have scratched it already though. I installed on a concrete basement floor using PL200 glue only and it has held in place.

Comments about 7.5 Laminate Szechuan Ming Bamboo End Cap:
Overall this is a good product, it creates a very nice transition when installing the flooring next to carpet. The only complaints I have is with the install and finished appearance of corners. The track that is laid down before the edging piece is snapped into place is quite flimsy and doesn't stay straight when screwing it into the floor. This makes the final install when you have to snap the molding piece into the track quite difficult at times. My larger concern though is due to the fact that once installed the molding piece slopes downward. This looks fine when in a straight line, but if you have to make a 90 degree turn (I had both an inside and outside edge) the points on the turn are either sloping up or down (depending on which way the turn is going) and this creates a small space gap between the two molding pieces that meet at the turn. I might just be nit-picking here since I spent quite a few hours installing my floors, but other than that, this product does look really good overall once installed.
