This flooring is beautiful, easily installed, and had no damaged pieces. The quality of this wood is great and the colors with the grain look awesome. Not sure about the negative reviews , we had no problems

Like others have said, very beautiful floor. Varnish is very durable and strong. Therebwas very little wastenor damaged boards. Cons would include that the floors shows every speck of dirt and dust. A few of the boards were different widths (especially the 12" boards) so installation was a bit tricky. There was quite a number of 18" and 39" boards which made installation time consuming (since I wanted random seams not ones repeated), more 12", 24", and 4' pieces would have been nice. Overall I'm very happy with the look
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was prompt and timely. Everything arrived in good condition. I did however pay for inside the house delivery and the delivery men would only set in the garage so we still had to carry it from the garage into the house and we ordered 75 boxes which at 55 lbs each is the reason I paid extra to have inside delivery

It was ok to install. Way more tongues split with the flooring nailer than expected. The lengths are not convenient for the randomness one would hope to attain

I've installed thousands of square feet of wood floors in my homes and this was by far the best wood and easiest to install. I hate to give it a good review because I want the rest for myself in my next house.Very even milling made it easy to install-no throw away pieces. It did require predrilling as it hard and heavy. I couldn't afford moulding pieces but easily color matched with an unstianed wood.

We laid this floor in our living room, dining room, hall and foyer. Loved the color and grain but the difference in board widths (1/16") made installation a nightmare. Gaps were created and lots a time was spent trying to match boards to decrease the problems. Seemed to come from same lot, but a big difference in the boards. Weight was even different board to board. If I had bought on clearance, maybe I could understand-but I paid regular sale price.

Q:
Is the sheen on the Malaccan cherry satin or gloss1 answer

Can this be used in a master bath? We are redoing our master bath and are interested in a prefinished wood floor. Is this a good idea?1 answer
A:
Due to the excessive moisture present in a full bath we cannot recommend any of our solid natural flooring or laminate products for this application, I would suggest one of our vinyl Tranquility products. We have a 2mm peel and stick and now a 4mm click together product that can go in full bath areas or where moisture is a concern. Thank you for your inquiry.Q:
