Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 2-1/4" Natural Ash:
Installed about 300sqft in my daughters bedroom. We initially where not sure of the natural grade of ash till we saw it in person, it was amazing looking. The local lumber liquidators had it on sale so it was a done deal. There was some variation in the color, but honestly not too much. Had very little wate boards, a handful at most. Some that where not great we used in the closet. Installed using the eco-underlayment and also a floor stapler with 2-1/2 floor staples.
The flooring looks amazing and is holding up well.

I used this as an accent border for a project with multiple colored (and manufacturer) boards and tiles. Note that Bellawood is slightly thicker than Casa De Colour (~1/16th).

Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 2-1/4" Natural Ash:
I had the floor installed by a professional but I was the one that chose the product because of the good experience I had with the same wood on another floor in my house. Once it's installed, you can move all the furniture back in immediately. In contrast, unfinished flooring has to be sanded and coated several times over a period of several days, then one waits a week until it hardens before moving the heavy furniture back in. The installation of prefinished Bellawood is a much faster process. The 7 coats it has are much more durable than the normal 3 coats refinishers put on. The floor I had installed 4-5 years ago still looks new despite having many dogs in the house.

Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 2-1/4" Natural Ash:
Wait for the humidity levels to be within the recommended range between sub floor and wood .. It was so worth the wait! Their recommended installers were great! I am in love with my floors. I was a real wood, unfinished, stain and seal gal before, but the Bellawood prefinished ash flooring took away that snobery!
