Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 2-1/4" Natural Hickory:
Found no spoiled boards in 12 boxes. Liked the character of the wood so much, most of the leftover boards were white or pale. The narrower boards mean more rows were too close to the wall for the big pnumatic nailer, used a palm cleat nailer for the close stuff. Used 2000 cleats for 210 sq ft. A friend helped me install the first half of the floor, and is now convincing his wife to get one at their house.
See pictures of the project.

Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 2-1/4" Natural Hickory:
I had about 1000 sq. ft. of this product laid by a professional flooring contractor. The materials were so good that I returned two full boxes because there were so few damaged pieces. I absolutely adore the color and pattern variation. Of course, anyone who wants color and pattern consistency should NOT consider hickory. I have received numerous complements.

Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 2-1/4" Natural Hickory:
Best looking flooring we'd seen. Hardly any waste as the boards were really in good shape. The shine on Bellawoods is beautiful. Hopefully it will last 50 years as stated. The price couldn't be beat for the quality of the wood. Very satisfied. I'd give it a 10!

Will this wood hold up to our kids and large dog?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Yes. I have a Bellawood Hickory Natural floor that holds up extremely well to our Hound Mix, new puppy, and Boxer. Not to mention nieces, nephews, and work shoes. Excellent finish. Harder floors like hickory or exotic will dent less easily. 3/4" hardwood can also be refinished several times. Light colors will hide scratches.Q:
can this be installed on a ceiling?1 answer
A:
It is possible to install the BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 2-1/4" Natural Hickory on a ceiling, but we do not warranty this type of installation. If you were to put it on a ceiling I recommend that plywood be installed on the ceiling first and then the flooring attached to the plywood.
