just installed...looks great
I purchased this flooring for my townhouse and have been extremely pleased with it. The flooring looks stylish, wood-like and beautiful throughtout my complete downstairs. It is not slippery and cleans up easily. I have not noticed any marks on it from my dog or grandchildren and find it to be quite durable. This flooring turned out to be exactly what I wanted and needed. I recommended it to two neighbors who are also having it installed in their townhouses.

We put it in our kitchen. It was pretty easy to put down. Looks really nice. Does resemble actual wood planking.
On the down side there were quite a few pieces that had defects in them. Luckily were able to still use most of them. They do kind of show a rolling pattern from manufacturing.
The true test will be how it wears.

We can only recommend our Bellawood Floor Cleaner, or cleaners that are safe for water based urethane finishes. Never use any polish, wax, oil soaps or cleaners that add shine to the floor.Q:

The wear layer is 0.1mm and is made of PVC. One top of wear layer it is UV coated(ultraviolet curing coating).Q:

All substrates must be structurally sound and free from movement or deflection. The substrate must be clean, dry, flat and free of any defects. To support the locking system, the subfloor must be smooth and flat. Smooth and level all irregularities with a (Portland) cement base patching and leveling compound.
