Ispiri Collection by Dream Home - 12mm Poplar Forest Oak- Laminate Flooring- 30 Year Warranty

Pre-glued underlayment is attached. Its V-groove click system makes it a snap to install.

Quick Installation Tips:
- Store flooring flat for 48 hours in its original packaging at room temperature.
- Must be installed over a clean, stable, flat, smooth, and dry surface.
- Moisture barrier is required for installations over concrete.
- Make sure the panels are mixed sufficiently when you install them so that you do not end up with too many identical, light or dark panels next to each other.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE ADDITIONAL PADDING:
Laminates having pre-attached padding can also be installed over an underlayment. When doing so, Lumber Liquidators recommends the use of Bellawood Platinum, Bellawood Premium, Quiet Walk or the Eco Silent Sound underlayment. These quality underlayments offer best joint/seam support while ensuring superior thermal sound reduction qualities, these properties are highly recommended for use with condominium associations, project planners and building specifiers.

Ispiri Collection's Advantages:
- No glue and no nails needed
- Easy Click Installation
- Moisture resistant board
- Thickness: 12mm + 3mm (1/8") pre-glued underlayment
- AC Rating: 3
- 30 Year Warranty

We caught up with real Lumber Liquidators' customers who volunteered to discuss their floor shopping, buying and installation experiences. In no way did these customers receive compensation for their kind words. (They're speaking straight from the heart.)

Recommend having a professional install this flooring as it is very thick, heavy duty. I am so glad I had it installed in all 4 bedrooms,LR, and den. We absolutely love it! It makes the house look totally new inside!! We have inside dogs and it is exactly what we needed to keep the flooring clean & scratch resistant. I'm very proud of this flooring!! Thanks Lumber Liquidators for the great price on 1550 sq. ft. too!!

We love the new laminate floor. Gary, the installer, was very professional and worked very hard to make everything perfect. We are very pleased with his work. The only issue we have is a transition piece that we are not satisfied with, but that was all he was given to work with.

Recommended for over radiant heating. More waste than was expected as some boxes had been damaged on " click" ends, I assume on shipment. We ended up short by 3 boxes.
Flooring guy said this wasn't the usual simple click together flooring, required tapping into place. Would be a challenge for the weekend do it yourself guy.
Salesmen at store unfamiliar with product. Unaware that it had its own padding attached & sold me 5 rolls of extra padding, which needed to be returned.
I do like the overall look.

We installed the flooring instead of carpeting. Makes the room look very warm and inviting. Can't wait for the new furniture to arrive to see how it all comes together.

We had this laminate installed in 2 hallways, living room, dining room, study, and master bedroom, and we love it! Everyone that has seen it says it's beautiful and looks like real hardwood. With the 12mm thickness and attached 3mm pad, we were pleased we didn't add another pad because we don't hear the "clicking" sound that is apparent with thinner laminate. The medium shades of brown don't show every speck of dust on the floor, so I sweep or vacuum (without the beater brush on) once-a-week, and damp mop only every 2 to 3 weeks. Couldn't be happier with this laminate!!

Angle/angle flooring is difficult to install. Wish I had researched the different installation processes before I bought the Ispiri floor. It is a beautiful floor but the video on install are wrong.

The laborer that installed the flooring really bragged about how good the flooring looked. He even wanted another customer to come look at our floors. I loved it at first. We decided on the laminate instead of carpet because we have indoor dogs. They have "accidents" occasionally on the floors. It tends to soak in the floor before I can get home from work. This has caused several places to buckle at the seams and peel back, after the first year. For this reason, I could not recommend this product. I purchased the 12MM Heritage Oak by ISPIRI Collection.

I installed 350 sq. ft. of this product in my basement. It is a lot harder to install than other products I've used. The "tap" and "click" is not near as easy as they lead you to believe. It takes several hard hits with a hammer to seat the joints and even after that the end joints have a tendency to pull apart during the installation. The surface laminate also chipped off on a few pieces while I was installing them. It does look good but overall, I don't think I would use it again. There are other products out there at a comparable price that are a lot easier to install.

Laminate flooring with a high warranty like this can hold up well with dogs and kids. Spills need to be toweled promptly as with hardwood flooring. Dog nails should be trimmed regularly according to your vet. Vinyl claw covers are also helpful.

We are having a very difficult time installing this product. The pieces do not "click" together, and when trying to use a tapping block, it just ends up knocking out the previously installed pieces. Looking at the reviews it seems as though many other people have had this problem. What are your suggestions for installing this flooring?

Ispiri Dream Home Laminate instructions state, "Start in a right hand corner with locking strip (groove) facing the room". My question is, which side is considered the "locking strip"? Prior experience was having the tongue facing the room which is wider than the other side of laminate plank.

You are correct, the longer protrusion is the bottom of the groove side which will face the room.

We recommend installing the cabinets first and then float the floor around the cabinets leaving the proper expansion space. Thank you for your inquiry

                                            Floating Stair Step Installations:

You will need to cut off the existing overhanging nosing on each step first.

                                            1. Starting from the bottom of the staircase working up, cut the stair riser to match the height and width of the step.

                                            2. Cut the flooring to length and width for each tread. An additional "filler" piece of flooring must be added to the back of the flooring.
                                            (Nail and glue for safety,)
                                            3. The Overlap Stair Nosing is then installed to cover the riser and laminate on step.
                                            (Nail and glue for safety,)
                                            4. The Steps and Risers should be attached by direct gluing to the stair using 100% urethane construction adhesive.
                                            (For safety, omit all padding).

TIP; fit and adjust each step before gluing.
                                            Thank you for your inquiry.

You can use felt floor protectors (available at local stores) on the legs of chairs, sofas, TV stands, tables and other furniture.

Laminate flooring is water resistant but not water-proof. Flooding spills have the potential to harm laminate flooring as with hardwood flooring. Our Floating Vinyl would be water-proof.
