The product is an excellent price point to allow my customers to enjoy Oak at a reasonable cost. The long term prefinished floor makes a nice benefit as well.

  Unfortunately this stain is not available in a can for retail sale. I would recommend bringing a scrap piece of the flooring to a paint store and they should be able to match the stain for you. Thank you for your inquiry.

  No it can not.
  This solid 3/4" wood flooring is not designed for direct glue down. This product can be installed as floated floor using our Elastilon product. Or you can choose one of our Virginia Millworks products that can be directly glued.

I read the reveiw that indicated the the only con is that the floor scratches easy. Wouldn't that be covered under the finish warranty?

  A:
  Our Bellawood and Durawood finishes are superior to most prefinished and definitely to site finished floors. Scratches however are bound to happen as with and urethane covered wood. Tables, cabinets, furniture, they all can scratch just as flooring can. Good care will help prevent scratching. For general cleaning a swiffer type system works best. Not one that sprays the floor however. Lightly damp is fine but never soak or flood mop your floor. Do not use steam mops. Have a no shoes policy as much as possible. Use felt pads on all furniture. Sweep often.
  
  A good tip: light colors hide scratches and harder woods dent less.
  
  Finish warranty does not include scratches. If it did nobody would sell wood, laminate, bamboo, or engineered flooring.

Q:
I picked up a sample of Lono Oak that says "Durawood" on it. When I looked up "PRALO3" (also on the tag on the sample) on the website it brought be to the page listing it as "Casa de Colour." Is this the same as the sample I picked up?

I ordered it already but want to make sure before I pick it up at the store.

  "Casa de Colour" is made by Dura wood, so yes this the same product.
