We Redefined Quality, Again. We set the quality standard by introducing a groundbreaking finish so tough it allowed us to offer one of the first 50 year warranties. Others followed. So, we raised the bar again. Now Bellawood is backed by a Certified 100 Year Transferable Warranty that covers you and generations to come. Red Oak is America's most popular choice for wood floors and serves as the industry benchmark when rating hardness among species. It features a reddish tan color and has a distinctive glow that creates an inviting atmosphere in rooms near and far. Better yet, changes due to sunlight exposure are minimal with Red Oak, ensuring a bright and beautiful floor for years to come. Just Install and Enjoy. Each Bellawood floor comes with our exclusive 100 year, UV-cured micro-particle finish already applied. That way you save time and avoid the mess of sanding and finishing after installation. So just install, sit back, relax and enjoy. You've got a Bellawood floor.

Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 3-1/4" Rustic Red Oak:
Quality control for defects and straightness was fantastic, so good in fact that I had to return unopened boxes which I had ordered based on normal waste percentage using other similar products. Not only did this result in obvious savings in materials cost, but also savings from incresed production rate. When you come to realize that there just are not very many warped or blemished pieces, you can pick up your pace --- the exact opposite of the all too common experience when you find that you must be wary of every board in the bundle, lest you nail down a piece which will have to be rejected.
Quality, plus Bellawood's stand-up courage to put that 100 year warranty where their marketing "mouth" is, makes this pre-finished product one I will push to the front of the lines I recommend to all my flooring customers going forward.

Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 3-1/4" Rustic Red Oak:
Hello. This is my version of review.
Before I bought this hardwood(rustic red oak)from here I had spent a lot time spending where I'm going to buy hardwood floor on website, occasionally visiting hardwood stores. My conculusion is that buying this piece for my hardwood project is most well spent money ever next to buying my house.
I had spent 3 months(1 month for staircase) to lay hardwood floor entire house(1900 sqf). Put these things on living room, family room, dining room, master bedroom etc. The beauty of this pieces on finishes, variety of wood textures and colors.
I had invited few friends over and they were all stunned over the floor. Even my realtor told me he had never seen this beautiful floor in other places. And you had increased the property value over $20,000 for having this floor. I had spent about $7000 buying this materials.
There are many other products you can choose from.
For me this is the one I had chosen over hundred products & reviews.
The only thing you might have to be careful working on hardwood floor is that make sure not to make a gap between hardwood. Once there is a gap you will make another gap next one all the way..
You will see what I'm talking about when you get to work ;)

Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 3-1/4" Rustic Red Oak:
We like the Rustic for the character and natural look. The Bellawood had minimal waste for a #2 or Rustic graded product as compared with other brands. In a standard 210' bedroom install we had less than 5' of waste; only two boards had to be culled out of 10 boxes. Great finish with semi gloss appearance. Good micro groove; square ends; good variety of lengths with minimal shorts; boxes palletized at LL and haven't been handled like in the big box stores.

Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 3-1/4" Rustic Red Oak:
Look beautiful when first installed. Sadly these are not like your grandmothers hardwood floors. These seems to scratch/dent extremely easily. We have no children or large pets so I would have expected these floors to be near pristine years. Sadly that is not the reality.
I would not recommend this flooring.

Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 3-1/4" Rustic Red Oak:
This floor has beautiful colors, varying from dark brown to deep reds to blondes,,up side its prefinished, down side, its prefinished, so you have to be really careful not to damage the surface or finish cause its not getting sanded and finished. But once nailed in, that's it all done, no mess of finishing the floor...This is NOT for a beginner to attempt

Q:
I would like to know if any prefinished manufactures make a square edge product in red oak rustic or a#11 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
No, in fact all pre-finished flooring requires a micro-bevel for the finishing process and the installation. Square Edge requires un-finished flooring and Site Sand and Finish.Q:
What kind of underlayment is best to use with this? It is not a basement or lower level room and has (I think) plywood subflooring. Note: Our floor makes creaking sounds in some places when we walk on it.1 answer
A:
For a nail down application I would suggest a moisture retard paper (securing your subfloor down first to eliminate the existing squeaks).Q:
Do you have "pre-finished" stair treads available? Also, we have a 90 degree turn in our stairs that is completed by three angled treads. Can you purchase specified dimension treads?1 answer
A:
Yes we have a special order pre-finished stair tread program and yes with dimensions we can order any size or shaped tread.Q:
I have installed this flooring in the multiple rooms and I am going to have the kitchen done. I am having the kitchen install crew install this the flooring this time though as part of the remodel.1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Prefinished hardwood flooring should not be sealed after installation and does void the warranty. Sealer between boards will crack during normal expansion and contraction.Q:
does the finish hold up well? can you damp mop it?1 answer
A:
Yes this is a tough durable finish (but it is not scratch proof).Q:
Do you carry any desert natural 3/4"x 3" flooring with DN3X in the description?1 answer
A:
Please call our Sales Department @ (800) 476-0007 for availability and pricing.Q:
I have a home on a concrete slab. Can this floor be installed as a floating floor? Do I need to have a professional install it to keep from losing the warrenty? If I have to have a professional install it about what cost range am I looking at? One of the rooms has baby grand piano can this be "worked" around or will I have to find a way to move it out of the home (which involves taking the piano apart)?1 answer
A:
Please call our Tech and Install Department @ (800) 366-4204 for a detailed response to this question.Q:
does this have a micro bevel edge or a straight 90 degree edge?1 answer
A:
Micro bevel on all edges
