Brazilian Cherry is one of our most popular woods because of its ideal balance of rich beauty and proven durability. Its majestic colors range from a yellowish tan to reddish brown when just milled, and it deepens significantly to an exquisite deep cherry brown as it ages. For spaces that demand durability year after year, residential or commercial, Brazilian Cherry is an excellent flooring choice.

Real Hardwood Very Strong wood , Very Good Finish
Comments about BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 3-1/4" Brazilian Cherry:
I first opened the boxes and they were very brown. In about a month they mostly turned red and off red colors in sunlight, and in spots that didn't get sunlight.
Absolutely beautiful, great variation and color.
Stands out and looks gorgeous!
The 3/4" thick gets much better variation than the narrower 3/8" thick Brazilian Cherry.
Very sturdy and hard
Looks very high end, would go well in a kitchen or living room
My boxer dog was able to scratch the floors just a little bit in areas where she ran in hallways, I mostly solved this by using runners (carpet) in the hallway.
I found some boards got quite a few scratches next to boards that had none, so it's possible that they weren't as hard as the board next to it.
In the sunlight you definitely see wet spots and any dirty spots but overall it didn't bother me.
I loved the look of the Brazilian Cherry, but ultimately on my next house that I've since purchased I went with the Lumber Liquidators Anji Bamboo since it was almost half the price and it had a lot of light and dark brown variation and the hand scraped texture. I still strongly recommend the Brazilian Cherry and loved the floor.

Q:How long is each board in your box? If there is a range of lengths, what is the shortest and longest length?
A:This is a random length wood product that comes 1’ to 7’ in length, the average length is about 3.25'. Thank you for your inquiry.
Q:How much does a box of 3/4 x 3 1/4 brazilian cherry weigh
A:Weight per box/unit: 82.08
Q:what is the best way to have the floor meet a rough stone raised hearth fireplace? the surface is obviously not strait and either having end of boards or edge of boards meet that surface will result in small gaps. don't really want to use show or quarter round as they would have the same gap problem.
A:Please call our Tech and Installation Dept. @ (800) 366-4204 for a detailed answer to your question. Thank you for your inquiry.
Q:can i use a steam mop on thr brazilian cerry floor
A:Our wood floors are manufactured for maximum durability, easy maintenance and finished with a high quality aluminum oxide water base urethane UV cured finish. This step protects the wood and helps keep the flooring looking beautiful longer. While highly durable, the finish is NOT considered indestructible. However, by observing a few precautions like setting up a regular cleaning routine and simple maintenance program to protect the finish, you can expect years of performance and beauty from your wood floor. All wood floors can show signs of wear over time. There are many factors that can affect the amount of wear. These include the size and lifestyle of your family and product location.
Q:How long does it take for the color change to stabilize after which little change would take place? I do not have a lot of furniture arrangement possibilities so furniture would stay in same place for a long time. However wondering if was moved, how long to catch up to the exposed area
A:2-6 months depending on the severity of the change. We recommend rotating rugs and furniture occasionally or the first year or so.
Q:Is the edging square or beveled? Thanks.
A:This product has a micro beveled edge.
Q:We bought our flooring two years ago. We didn't protect the wood where our computer is and the computer chair, consequently, has ground dirt and grit into the flooring. The area appears almost milky white where the chair rolls around. How should we fix that? Should I sand and refinish or polish or what? The area is about 4' x 4'.
A:If your floor becomes scratched, repairs can often be made using our "Blend Stick" floor repair putty. Other Options; our "Scratch Away" works well for general wear and tear like you describe and is easily applied (SKU 10021566)
Q:We love this flooring from LL. But every time I clean them, the spots of water sit on the top with a cloudy film. I went out and got a Bona Mop and tried using a pail of water and vinegar to cut the film. But now I have huge water spots and film. What do I use to clean these floors to bring them back to their beautiful sheen? I have Bona spray and have tried that also. Have not used just the Bona spray and mop. If the mop is put in a bucket of water it seems to be worse. Could use some advice on this.
A:You may have a build up of cleaner that will need to be rubbed out with a clean damp cloth. Avoid excessive water on any hardwood flooring. Don't use vinegar.
