Overall great looking floor
Installed through most of our home. Living room, den, office, master bedroom and walk in closet. There is an amazing amount of variation in the wood color so it is dramatic in a large room but looses something in smaller spaces. Installation was a little difficult due to the thickness. Couldn't float it so glue was the choice. Installed on concrete and plywood and both look amazing. Note that thin planks like 3/8th are going to show any level defects more. (Hard lesson learned).
Service and delivery comments:
Staff was amazing, though the recommended installer was pretty worthless. Bad estimate on amount of product needed, bought quarter round even though we had planned to install under the existing floorboards, purchased the wrong transitions and ordered a custom stair tread without consulting us. We decided to install ourselves after we discovered what he'd done. The custom tread alone ended up taking us several hours of labor for dry wall installation and tossing material we'd already cut.
Once again, the LL staff was great, even tried to offer tips to try and overcome the mistakes caused by the installers estimate.

is this a good choice for my whole downstairs includes kitchen?1 answer
A:
This product question would be better answered by our Sales Department, they are more familiar with all of our flooring products and can better assist you with your questions.Q:
How many times can this be sanded or refinished? What type of clear coat does this come with?1 answer
A:
Full refinishing will take slightly under a 1/32” off the veneer of the wood flooring. The thickness of the veneer and how much wear and dents a floor has will determine how many times it can be refinished.
