BELLAWOOD 3/4" x 3-1/4" Select Patagonian Cherry Prefinished Solid Hardwood Flooring

What makes Bellawood so Unique? We carefully hand select each species from regions across the globe that are known to produce denser woods and that exemplify the species' finest qualities. That's why we say, "It's more than hardwood. It's Bellawood."

Patagonian Cherry is an extremely hard and dense wood, which offers great durability. Its color varies widely, ranging from light tan to pale pink, to darker red, with a purple cast. The wood sometimes features a dark striping. Over time, its hue changes from a pink red to a slightly deeper red.
This product is proudly finished in the USA.

About "Select Grade" Flooring
Select Grade has the most uniform color with no large knots and the longest average lenght of planks. Also referred to as First Grade.

It Taber Tested "the Best." When subjected to the industry sandpaper abrasion test, known as Taber Testing, Bellawood's durability results were more than double most comparably priced floors. There's good, there's better?and then there's Bellawood.

We caught up with real Lumber Liquidators' customers who volunteered to discuss their floor shopping, buying and installation experiences. In no way did these customers receive compensation for their kind words. (They're speaking straight from the heart.)

I love it - my dog hates it

By Newly inexperienced remodeler

I had this patagonian cherry installed on my entire top floor on my split foyer home. It is absolutely beautiful. I love the different variation of colors. I have a 160lb Tosa who is not allowed on them yet, but a friend took him down the steps and 2 of the 5 steps were scratched. I'm trying to ignore the marks, I know it will happen. If you drop something of weight it will put a gash in the wood. Besides the marking, I love this floor. I did not install myself, used the install company LL recommended. Marks and all, probably the most beautiful hardwood floor I have ever seen.

    • Install Over Plywood

I purchased this wood with the vision that it would go in my Dining room on a diagonal. As you see in the pictures, it turned out great. I did all the nailing while my husband did the cuts. The Dining room had Pergo which I hated. The dog's nails clicked like he was walking on plastic floors. We decided to go with Bellawood because I really like the shade variations that came with the natural wood. I chose this over Bruce because of its hardness and added layers of finish. The install was very easy. The most difficult part was the doorways since it was on a diagonal. I had little to no waste at all. I taped the boards prior to cutting so the wood would not splinter and that worked great. I did not encounter any warped boards or substandard quality boards. I did buy extra for the waste factor and ended up with a whole extra box which I will use in another small room. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

    Service and delivery comments:

The sales associate was great. He educated me on the difference between Bellawood and other woods. He ensured I had everything I needed to install the floor with ease. I realized after I got home that I would need another type of transition but that was no problem. I called the store and within a week they called to say it was in. Would buy from LL again if ever inclined to install wood.

I just installed this product as a match for my Brazilain Cherry Lite floor. The product install easily, a few minor mill work issue (warping and split tongues) but these were easily handled. Be prepared to sue up saw blade this wood is very dense. Great Product will buy more.

Under normal circumstances and with modern appliances there is no need for any type of heat shield. Unfortunately there is nothing that I could recommend for this application.
