Give your floors a REAL WOOD look and feel with St. James Collection!

St. James Collection by Dream Home - 12mm Flint Creek Oak Laminate Flooring- 30 Year Warranty

St. James offers a regal alternative.

At 12mm, the St. James Collection is very durable and comes with a 30 year warranty!

Quick Installation Tips:
- Store flooring flat for 48 hours in its original packaging at room temperature.
- Must be installed over a clean, stable, flat, smooth, and dry surface.
- Moisture barrier is required for installations over concrete.
- Make sure the panels are mixed sufficiently when you install them so that you do not end up with too many identical, light or dark panels next to each other.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE ADDITIONAL PADDING:

Laminates having pre-attached padding can be installed over an underlayment.  When doing so, Lumber Liquidators recommends the use of our Bellawood Premium underlayment or ECO Silent Sound underlayment. These quality underlayments will best support the joints while ensuring superior thermal sound reduction qualities and are highly recommended for use with condominium associations, project planners and building specifiers.

St. James Collection's Advantages:
- No glue and no nails needed
- Easy Click Installation, Installation Type: Floating
- Moisture resistant board
- 3mm (1/8") pre-glued underlayment included
- AC Rating: 3
- 30 Year Warranty

        Best Uses

I really wanted this color which was not available anywhere else. Other grays were too brownish. However, it took way to long to install and really never just clicked into place. There were wide gaps that could not be removed. Others have commented on this also. We stuck with it and ended up with a nice floor; hiding the imperfections wherever possible.

          Service and delivery comments:

Delivery took longer than I had hoped, but it arrived in good condition, even though the box was very thin.

Flooring was installed in living, dining and bedroom areas of the house. It took three attempts to get the first room right but the installation video got us on track. Very time consuming because the lock tabs break easily and you have to watch for board warps and shifting across the floor. The end product was worth it.
The LL folks in Huntsville were great to work with.

We ended up returning this product in exchange for Meades Weathered Ranch. The Flint Creek Oak was a nightmare to install. It does not "click" together and was warped. My contractor spent two hours trying to get the planks to match up before we finally decided to return and exchange.
I must say I am more than pleased with the customer service at our West Palm Beach Florida store. Everyone was professional, courteous and a real pleasure to work with. I would definitely return to this store for any future products.

We put this floor down in our kitchen. What was supposed to be a snap, turned out to be everything but a snap. When we realized the boards we warped it was to late. It took us three evenings to put the floor down.

We can only recommend our Bellawood Floor Cleaner, or cleaners that are safe for water based urethane finishes. Never use any polish, wax, oil soaps or cleaners that add shine to the floor. In addition, we do not recommend using steamers or wet-jet cleaning systems for hardwood because spraying can collect moisture in between board edges. The use of these products is at your own risk.

We recommend gluing the track directly to the concrete using 100% urethane adhesive. Then the leg of the molding will slip into the track and hold in place. Thank you for your inquiry

Typically we use touch up pens or markers for minor scuffs and scratches. These are available at all home centers in the paint dept. The best ones to use will for minor scuffs look like a magic marker with wood stain used instead of colored ink. for deeper scratches they also carry colored crayons and matching putty, They have a wide assortment and if you take a board or a piece of scrap you should be able to match the colors easily.

More or less yes. Steps need to be taken with laminate flooring just like hardwood flooring. For general cleaning a swiffer type system works best. Not one that sprays the floor however. Lightly damp is fine but never soak or flood mop your floor. Do not use steam mops. Have a no shoes policy as much as possible (generally only black soled or high heals may cause scuffing, ugh heels will dent wood floors) . Use felt pads on all furniture. Sweep often. Use throw rugs by sinks. Dry spills promptly.

Laminate Flooring Cleaner works great and Bellawood Cleaner works well, find here - http:// www.lumberliquidators.com/ll/s/flooring-molding-tools-accessories/floor-care-products

In addition, Bona Kemi makes a decent hardwood flooring cleaner. Do not use oil-type cleaner of any kind.
