Flooring was easy to install, but sometimes had trouble snapping pieces together because the factory edges weren't always straight.
Service and delivery comments:
I bought on line and delivery took 11 days. I had 6 boxes of flooring material left over (the customer changed mind on pantry floor!!)and they would only take 5 back as the wrapping was torn on the 6th box.....BUT THAT WAS HOW THEY DELIVERED IT TO ME!! Live and Learn.

Will be doing more rooms in the house- getting rid of carpet - St. Pete Lum Liqidators did an awesome job working with a DIY like me. Knowledgeable and not a pressure sale.

I put this floor covering down over wood subfloors. I was pleased with the solid feel of the planks, 12mm, but found the amount of unusable material to be a problem. Aside from the normal amount of calculable waste for cuts, I had to throw away approx. 2-1/2 cases of planks. They were scratched, chipped, cracked or otherwise damaged in shipping or delivery. I notified the sales staff at my local store of this problem and asked if it was a common problem with this line of laminate. The response was "no" and that was that. I'm not looking for a handout, but I feel the customer service could have been handled a little differently. The product was decent, however I will not use it again, nor will I recommend it to anyone else.
As for the finished surface, I found it to scratch and scuff quite easily compared to many other comparable products. I feel a textured or hand scraped surface would have been a better choice.
This is really nice looking flooring, but it is difficult to get the joints to stay flush. The flooring pieces tend to chip off at the edges making it even more difficult.

I floored three bedrooms and a hallway.
The color and finish are excellent.
I was given a few extra boxes, because my pallet got hit and had a few damaged boards, I ended up needing the extras! (kudos to Lumber Liquidators)
This floor is a very tight fitting floor, which is a good thing, but I had to use LOTS of force to get the boards to lock, and even 2mm difference along a long wall would force me to go back and re-shim the wall.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Really nice quality at a very reasonable price. Easy to install - I installed it myself - but be careful that the entire plank is in tight. The good news is it is easy to take apart and re-do a row if you have to.

I love it!!!!! Every time I walk into the room, a huge smile comes!!!! It is beautiful. Very Very Happy!!! Will never have carpet again!!

I was very pleased with the look and quality of this floor...HOWEVER~!!~ We did have a problem with a mixed date of manufacturing, the flooring made on 4/17 has a thicker milled edge and caused problems. My local store was quick to solve the problem. Customer service was excellent at our local store.

Put the floor down in the family room add a definite the cord to the family very easy to clean and take care of
