Beautiful hardwood floors. Color is darker than the picture shown on the website. But it looks good.

We have almost completed the installation. It looks as beautiful as I imagined. Many of the boards were warped or had issues with the tongue & groove but we got past it. Just make sure you take into account the overage that Lumber Liquidators recommends.

Very impressed with the Quality. Majority of the pieces were long. Minimal pieces warped. All were usable. I have installed name brands and this brand defiently an equal.

Cons. Discolored pieces, warpage, blunt ends missing tongues. PIA when trying to move quickly. You would expect a better selection. Ended up piling up pieces to use in a closet.

I received 725 sf.Waited 4 weeks. Good quality wood floor but the color is much lighter than the sample in the store.Hard to get refund for mismatched color.
Talk about it to the salesperson before you buy.

I am in love with flooring Go Figure!!! We waited along time ro replace carpeting and it took me forever to decide. This floor has exceeded my expectation. It is beautiful wood. Easy to clean and I beleive it will go with any decor. We had to match some existing wood floor (more of a reddish color)and we chose to contrast vs match. has worked great. Installers (Wall to Wall Hardwood Floors) were awesome. They did say we got a box that had been damaged on the end but they made the boards work. Guys at the Lansing Store were extremely helpful. I have nothing bad to say, only good!!! I will be adding photos soon.

I had the floor professionally installed.
Only complaint my installer had was the lack of longer and medium boards.

Before ordering this floor, think more than twice.
Lumber Liquidators' return policy will have you returning most of your boxes (because you must return an entire box if too many boards are unacceptable; and too many boards will be unacceptable. If you don't want to return whole boxes, order an extra 15% to account for all of the boards that will have splits from the factory that you won't want to use.
Examine EACH board carefully before selecting it for use. Look at the bottom for evidence that the board has started splitting; even if the split does not show on the top, discard it. Otherwise, your installer will have to replace it soon after installation.
If your color palette allows it, choosing a SELECT grade floor instead of this Natural grade floor may be less expensive in the long run.

Service and delivery comments:

Although I am an avid do-it-yourselfer, I chose to have this floor installed because there is so much of it (550 square feet). I'm glad I had someone else do it. The service and installation
was excellent. The installer, CW Flooring, recommended by Lumber Liquidators, was easy to work with, very professional, and warrants their work beyond what is strictly required.

We installed the hardwood throughout our living room, dining room, and hallway. We had it installed by a LL Installer, and he did a wonderful job. The only problem is that we've noticed some bubbling and flaking of the finish on 3-4 boards. I haven't yet submitted a warranty claim, though we're going to do so. Otherwise, we are extremely happy with the hardwood and we'll consider installing more of the same in additional rooms depending on how LL handles the flaking issues.

Service and delivery comments:

We had some problems with the order not arriving on-time and a one of the boxes was dinged-up to the point that a few of the planks were damaged. However, our installer was able to use those boards on shorter cuts so it worked out fine. The people in the store (Lavergne, TN) were extremely helpful and friendly. I would buy from them again.
