    • Q:

Someone asked if the the 3.75" and 5" width rustic red oak could be installed together. The reviewer answered that it wasn't recommended to install the two sizes together since they are milled differently but also said that since it was a rustic red oak product, it would all be sanded down anyway. I thought the description was that this was a prefinished product. Aren't all Bellawood floors prefinished? Thank you.

We can only recommend our Bellawood Floor Cleaner, or cleaners that are safe for water based urethane finishes. Never use any polish, wax, oil soaps or cleaners that add shine to the floor. Thank you for your inquiry.

can you return boxes of this floor that you don't use??

        A:

Yes, generally. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on open bundles, close-outs, odd-lots, laminates or items no longer in stock. Special orders are non-cancelable and may not be returned for any reason, other than defect. Any shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. We accept cash, checks and credit cards. There is a $25 returned check fee.

We recommend keeping a some boxes for future potential damage that may occur. Do not store directly on bare concrete or next to outside walls. Store flat supporting to the ends and center sections. Store in a dry place being sure to provide air flow
under and around cartons. Keep out of direct sunlight and away from air vents.

can you mix the widths of your oak floors. We currently have 400 feet of your 3 1/4 rustic red oak flooring and would like to consider mixing the 5 and 3 1/4 to go throughout our house.

        A:

It would not be recommended for the rustic product because we have several vendors (mills) that provide our raw material and when you mix mills they may not fit together (align) properly.
But then again this is rustic unfinished and it will all be sanded down anyway.
