Comments about White Painted Shoe Molding:

Shoe needs to be installed on top of laminate click and lock floors to allow expansion and prevent shifting. Some of the pieces have some rough edges and need sanding to prevent splintering. Different "lots" vary slightly in size and need some sanding and filler to effect a clean connection. Be sure to nail it to the base trim, NOT the floor, allowing it to expand. The finally look is gorgeous! Well worth the work involved.

Plain vanilla molding. Needs to be colored/finished. Use for basic installation. If price weren't a consideration, I wouldn't consider installing this stuff.

You will need to measure the lengths of the walls (baseboards) to figure how many linear foot of Shoe molding is required for your project.
