ABAP Developer - The ABAP Developer designs, develops and supports application solutions with focus on SAP Netweaver - Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP). SAP Basis Admin - This role is responsible for administering the technical monitoring, support and administration of the SAP / Net Weaver system landscape including ECC 6.0, Enterprise Portal, Solution Manager, Process Integration, Business Warehouse, GRC and other SAP components. Must possess 3+ years of relevant and progressive SAP Basis Administrator experience; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
DISTRIBUTION
Forklift Driver (3rd shift) - This position requires operating a forklift to efficiently transport finished product from production and receiving to storage area; and from storage area to shipping bays with minimal lifting or manual handling. Minimum job requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to a year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Distribution Assistant (3rd shift) - under direction of the Administrative Supervisor, this position coordinates the outbound truck processes. Minimum qualifications for this position are a High School diploma or GED or one year of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SUPPLY CHAIN
Director, Industrial Engineering and Project Management - This position is responsible for formulating, administering and coordinating industrial engineering policies and practices that are designed to improve operating performance, reduce waste and delays and reduce costs. In addition, the position will review production methods, equipment layout, material handling and utilization of staff, equipment and material resources in order to improve operating performance. Qualified candidates will have a College degree in Business or Engineering required, Project Management certification and a minimum of 10 years experience.
PRODUCTION
Custodian, Production (3pm -11pm & 10pm - 6am) flex hours and weekends required- This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Production department and production line. Successful candidates will have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ACCOUNTING
Senior Accountant- The Senior Accountant has the primary responsibility for all financial data and transaction gathering, journal entry generation, reconciliations, and financial analysis and reporting. Other responsibilities include researching and resolving problems, performing sales audits, accounts receivables, reviewing and processing gift certificates, reviewing and processing store deposits, reconciling credit card activity, processing returned checks, reviewing petty cash receipts, preparing payroll detail, and maintaining fixed asset sub-ledger. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited 4 year college or university, along with 3 to 5 accounting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic knowledge of GAAP is also required. Retail experience, serving medium to large retailers, is preferred.
Inventory Specialist, Accounting - The Inventory Specialist will serve as the principal liaison between the Finance department, Distribution Centers, and stores regarding inventory related issues and corrections. The Specialist will ensure accurate inventory on hand and value information in the system. This position will also review and resolve inventory issues related to inventory count corrections, shipping and transfer discrepancies, freight charge application, inventory related chargebacks, and average costing errors, along with identifying any problems which affect the proper distribution and accounting of shipments. Other responsibilities include analyzing reports, maintaining databases, processing manual inventory adjustments, and evaluating for cost impact and errors. Qualified candidates will possess and Associate's degree or equivalent from a 2 year college or technical school, or one year related experience. A background working in accounting and inventory disciplines is also required. Candidates should have strong analytical and mathematical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well on a team.
COMMERCIAL DOMESTIC
Assistant II, Commercial Sales - This position will support inside and outside commercial sales in order to help grow and expand the commercial sales division, by providing a wide range of assistance extending across all departments. The Assistant will regularly communicate with sales representatives, vendors, and customers, complete paperwork and quotes, assist in managing accounts, and provide customer follow up. An Associate's degree or equivalent is required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates with prior sales experience are preferred and experience in building material is helpful.
Commercial Sales Representative (1 - San Francisco, CA, 1-Phoenix, AZ) - The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for cultivating sales with new commercial clients, and increasing sales with architects, builders, and contractor companies within the region. The Representative will make product presentations to new and existing customers, identify creative solutions to meet customer needs, and partner with store operations and distribution to ensure delivery of product. Qualified candidates will possess two to three years of building material or flooring sales experience; strong communication skills, and excellent customer service skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Travel within the region is required.
MERCHANDISING
Buyer - This position is responsible for all buying related functions for specific product category/categories for the purpose of meeting the sales, gross margin, and inventory goals of the Company. Some duties and responsibilities of this position: Plans and devises monthly and annual sales and inventory plans under direction of the department head; Forecasts sales at the item level and inventory requirements to achieve those sales; Updates all planning tools (Prelude, etc.) with projections on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; Places initial purchasing orders on all new product utilizing forecasting techniques; Re-orders product as needed to insure adequate stocking levels to fill store inventory and sales orders; Advises department head on product mix, product inventory levels, and obsolete product/inventory; Makes recommendations on how to move and reduce obsolete inventory; Negotiates price and negotiates discounts when experiencing quality or other vendor product issues; Develops a marketing approach at vendor level and/or key item level to drive sales and achieve monthly goals; Manage, establish and maintain vendor relationships including opening new accounts and closing problem accounts; Maintain appropriate ratio of inventory to payables; Invoice review and payment schedule; Negotiates purchases, price, marketing and returns within established Company guidelines; Tracks new product and industry developments and consumer trends; Advises on competitive product pricing by surveying competitors pricing and offerings so LLI maintains competitive advantage while maintaining gross margins and market position; Communicates product information to the field and rest of company. COMPLIANCE
Specialist, Loss Prevention - The position performs investigations, analytical analysis, process reviews, retail audits, and inventories under the supervision of the Loss Prevention Manager and is responsible for driving a culture of control and safety to ensure the company's assets are properly accounted for and are adequately safeguarded from loss. It also provides assistance in and support to Internal Audit initiatives for warehouse, year-end inventory, and other process reviews. An Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience are required. An LP Certification and/or LP Qualified are preferred. 35% travel required.

Retail Store Manager - Responsible for managing the daily operation of a retail business.
