Dear Tom,
Above are photos of my family room and office after installing 3 ¼" rustic maple hard wood from Lumber Liquidators. I found it to be a fairly easy "do-it-yourself" project. After buying a hardwood floor nailer and looking for all of the tips of the trade from the internet I think that my job came out looking like a professional did it, and I'm not a carpenter. I installed it in my dining room also. Next I plan on going upstairs to do our bonus room which is also quite large. After it is all said and done I will have installed over 1200 square feet of hardwood.
