Attached are two pictures of my third floor front bedroom. We moved into our house knowing that the third floor would need everything replaced due to some old water damage. Once the walls, ceilings, and electrical systems were straightened out, I installed over 400 square feet of your 5 inch wide pine flooring (WP8). After nailing, the boards were sanded and then stained in Puritan Pine and given 4 coats of a water-based clear finish. The floors look better in person than in the photos, and in our 90 year old house, they look like they have always been there.
