This is a great floor. The price was very good compared to other stores with floors of the same quality.

There were a lot of boards with black streaks, some from the wrong product line, many with damage, and some with pin worm holes that had to be plugged. Had the same product from another manufacturer and didn't have these problems.

When a piece of floor is great it is really great when a piece is no good it is no good to use, a small amount in the 460 sq.feet I purchased was no good to use.

This flooring looks great! My wife and I installed one room so far. (About 125 sq. ft.) We still have another 800 sq. ft. to go... Once you figure out the installation process it is pretty easy. Some of the pieces were warped or had issues with the tongue or groove sizes but for the most part the quality was more than adequate. Once it is installed there doesn't appear to be any negatives...

Service and delivery comments:
Prompt delivery & installation. I had 3 bedrooms of 3/4" classic gunstock hardwood installed. I do wish the store would have informed me the product I was purchasing was "cabin grade" hardwood as I thought it was first quality and was surprised when the installer informed me that it was "cabin grade". I would have purchased anyway, but i do wish that i was informed before the purchase & not by the installer. Installer did a great job and I am very happy with my floors.
I could really tell the difference of wood when we opened the box. The display in the store did not provide an adequate example and I would have paid a little more for better quality. A couple of the boxes were torn open in which we got credit for but the quality is still poor. I would not recommend someone going with mill run, pay a little more. Hopefully, it will take the wear and tear we need in our household.
