We did a complete remake of our kitchen/dining room
and the highlite is the acacia (sp) floor.
My next door neighbor built our home in 1962 and when she came over to see the finished project she stopped at the door and just stared. That was worth every cent we spent, which wasn't so much because we purchased it at Lumber Liquidators.

We used it in the living room, dinning room, and all bedrooms, and halls. The variations in color are absolutely beautiful!! We used glue, and we had zero waste.
All the boards were in excellent shape!! I will be using this wood again
We bought this flooring for our new dining room that we added on to our house. My husband and a friend installed it by nailing it with the stapler that we bought from LL. Nailing took a little longer but we don't regret it. The floor is absolutely beautiful and I want to replace all of our flooring with this, but my husband says I'm crazy to consider removing our solid oak flooring. I'm not convinced yet. We'll see!
