Comments about 3/4" x 3 1/4" x 6.5 LFT American Cherry Stair Nose:
We bought the American Cherry and it is beautiful. Really warms the room. My husband is a carpenter and although it was time consuming, was fairly easy to install. We found there were a lot of short pieces and we could have used more long ones, but made it work.
Service and delivery comments:
picked up at warehouse. Friendly helpful assistance. had all accessories, but found some accessories much cheaper at other retailers.

Comments about 3/4" x 3 1/4" x 6.5 LFT American Cherry Stair Nose:
Good morning,We installed the floors ourselves, but hired pros to do the stairs and replacement hardwood railing. This is a very good product. The finished project looks great... except for the very last piece. We needed one extra stair nose, and when I got it home found it was white wood. It didn't match the rest of the project (4 bedrooms, hall, stairs). We had no choice but to use it as the installers were there at the time. Next time, I would open the box to see the piece.Novice mistake, but it really diminished the look of the finished product as it is on the bottom stair, the introduction to the whole project, and it looks awful. Is there any way I can sand it and stain it to match the rest? It is officially "natural cherry" with no stain, so I didn't know if stain on one piece would make matters worse.[@]

Q:
We are thinking of purchasing this flooring. Some of the reviews says it scratches easy. Is this a good choice for a medium size dog and for a semi open floor plan meaning large living room and dining room. L shape. We have a cathedral ceiling on this half of the house so it is pretty open.1 answer
A:
All of our wood floors are scratch resistant, but there are no wood floors that are scratch proof.Q:
We installed this floor and it makes "snap, crackle, pop" sounds when we walk on it. Any idea why? We are considering doing a room right next to this one and wonder if the nails were too long? Is this item still available?1 answer
A:
It is possible your nails were too long. It also could be depending on the underlayment you used for your "low profile" floor that could cause squeeks. Yes, this item is still available.
