Comments about 1/2" x 2 1/4" x 6.5LFT Australian Cypress Reducer:
Beautiful wood. Much more challenging than 3/4 inch to install. I could not find a cleat or side nailer than did not shatter this 1/2 inch wood. I finally found a review recommending the use of a 1/2 -1/4 inch laminate stapler. This worked. I wish I was told this I would have just gone with the 3/4 inch.

I'm so frustrated with my vinyl floor I want to replace it with something I can safely and without damage use in my kitchen and laundry room. I'm on a slab, and I need to be able to pull the fridge out to clean behind with out ripping, tearing, denting, etc. Also, my mother lives with me and uses a rollator to get around, would this floor bear weight?1 answer
A:
Yes this should be able to handle the rollator walker but as far as the fridge being rolled out; that can damage any flooring. I would recommend using 6" x 4' strips of thin plywood (luan), masonite or wood paneling to roll the fridge onto and protect the flooring.Q:

Yes. Use floor protecters like caster cups or large felt pads to protect the floor.
