Comments about 1/2" x 3 1/8" x 6.5LFT Brazilian Cherry Lite Stair:
This wood is HARD, very high on the Janka scale, that's why I chose it! I bought a used pneumatic Bostich floor stapler to install it the 1" staples barely made it thru the flooring, if at all. So I purchased a large nailer/stapler that would install 1/2"-3/4" flooring from Harbor Freight. This stapler uses a soft blow hammer and it worked perfectly! This wood is flat out beautiful! The boards were very straight in every way, easy to install. Needed very little prying to install. I had about 3 boards out of 350 ft2 that had a small blemish on the finish, I used these in a closet. If you plan a little, you will have very little waste. Visitors are impressed with the finish, color and richness of this wood. To a person, everyone wants to know what kind of wood it is. The color and richness cannot be accurately captured with a camera, trust me, it will blow you away! I have already ordered more for an area in front of two French door. I installed this wood over an existing wood floor and regular sub-floor that had to be built up to be flush. The guys at LLiquidators told me the best way to go about this and to get rid of a few squeaks before installation. Everything went perfect and you cannot tell where this transition line was.

Comments about 1/2" x 3 1/8" x 6.5LFT Brazilian Cherry Lite Stair:
The stair nosing itself is beautiful and complements the cherry floor I have installed in our hallway, living room as well as our family and dining room. My only complaint is that since our stairs are 4 feet wide and the nosing is 6.5 wide I will have to piece together several to keep the cost down. I wish the nosings were either 4 or 8 feet in length for more efficient use of the product.
