Comments about 3/8 x 2-3/4 x 6.5 LFT Brazilian Cherry Stair Nose:
While about half of the nineteen (19) stair noses were warped, we made them work since this was a nail-down application on the two sets of stairs. It does look great now that it is down. It makes an excellent transition from stair to stair. If you order it, check each box for warping.

Comments about 3/8 x 2-3/4 x 6.5 LFT Brazilian Cherry Stair Nose:
Nice color match, well made, feed fit. If you are nailing in place, use hardened nails and drill pilot holes.....the wood is is beautiful and HARD. Solid investment and very happy with my stair repair job.

Comments about 3/8 x 2-3/4 x 6.5 LFT Brazilian Cherry Stair Nose:
Good product but it should be sold in shorter lenghts. I litteraly through out half of what I bought. I only needed 1 pc 36 inches long. The rest was just wasted. I should have just bought a pc of red oak and stained it to match.

Laying the floor was easy. After installed new underlayment and the felt paper, just secure the first starter board and then use a nailer for the rest. Everything just snapped together and I was able to install the entire floor in one day.

Comments about 3/8 x 2-3/4 x 6.5 LFT Brazilian Cherry Stair Nose:
Limited length of 6.5 Feet requires a scarf joint and does not work well when your starting at the let down like a sunken living room with an 8 ft lip. Also, the stair nose has a female mating face, and no mating piece is available for 3/8 flooring. In order to nail through the male side, a 36" ruler was cut to 3/8 wide and slipped into the joint to allow a female/female mate.

It looks very nice, it changes the look of the house.
I don't recommend this product for kitchein area b/s it requires special treatment if something goes wrong
Service and delivery comments:
The delivery is perfect they brought the wood to my garage and help me move around.
Every thing arrived in perfect condition.
The customer service people are very nice and cooperative specially the people in Fredrick/MD store are very nice people they serve you as if they know you for the last 10 years. I really like those people and if I have any thing to buy I love to go back to LumberLiquidators in fredrick,MD but it is a little bit far from my house :)

Comments about 3/8 x 2-3/4 x 6.5 LFT Brazilian Cherry Stair Nose:
The grove on the 3/8 inch Brazilian cherry stair nose did not match the tongue on the 3/8 inch Brazilian Cherry flooring. The installer I hired had to trim the tongue off the flooring to fit with the stair nose. It looks beautiful but it was time consuming to make it fit.
