This is a very strong durable wood that I would recommend to anyone. If you decide to install this yourself or even hire a professional installer, make sure your floor is completely level or the boards will not go in properly. Definitely use the Mapai glue as well as there glue remover, there is no comparison to some of the other brands sold at your local hardware stores. If you don't have a 100 pound weight just simply walk on it after 20-minutes and check for any seperation in the seams. Overall this has been a long experience (covering 1200 sq.ft.) but the end result is worth every moment.

6mm laminate flooring is better suited for light traffic areas like bedrooms. For a kitchen you are better off with 7mm or better. We highly recommend you put a throw rug by the sink because an excess of water can damage any floor. Also you will need to wipe up any water as soon as possible.Q:

Improper storage can result in warping and difficult assembly. Protect carton corners from damage. Storage area and Job site should be climate-controlled with ideal temperatures of 65°F-75°F, humidity under 75% Do not store directly on cement, allow for air circulation. Protect from rain, moisture.
