plastic track is kinda hard to work with and may collapse if molding is not pushed(zip locked) into perfect.I had to use rubber mallet to get a tight fit. May be challenging for DIYers. directions are on the back of the molding are hard to read. It does have a nice finished look!

It took me 12 hours total, we moved everything from one end of the room, did that end, then moved it back in place and finished, worlds finest !

The T-molding comes with a track that either screws down into the sub-floor (plywood) or glues down with a construction adhesive (concerte) The molding then snaps into the track. No further gluing or nailing required.Q:
