2mm African Mahogany Vinyl Wood Plank Flooring- 6" x 36" Peel and Stick Plank Highlights: Quick Installation Tip: Subfloor surface must be clean, smooth, and level. Not recommended for installation over radiant heat. Resilient flooring is moisture resistant which makes it an excellent choice for high moisture areas such as bathrooms, laundry rooms, kitchens, and basements. But it will also enhance the look and feel of bedrooms, living rooms, and any other areas of your home. We caught up with real Lumber Liquidators' customers who volunteered to discuss their floor shopping, buying and installation experiences. In no way did these customers receive compensation for their kind words. (They're speaking straight from the heart.) |

We needed a water-resistant flooring in a room that used to be a garage with a drain, so when the hot water heater broke flooded, when washer overflowed it flooded, etc. This looks great and went down easily (I could've used better scissors for difficult cuts). Very pleased

Installed in our recently finished basement. Covered 600 square feet in one day. Hoped it would have more of a wood texture but still looks great, especially for the price. Actually looks like a laminate, which is fine for our purpose.

Used the product in kitchen. Took longer than expected because of fumes from extra tile adhesive needed. PermaBond recommended, but no one in town supplied it. Not all tiles were sticky. The adhesive (thin set) did not stick well and took days to set up (thin layer) and squeezed up between planks, leaving heavy glue blobs that I am still getting off.
Service and delivery comments:
The flooring was out of stock but came in a week earlier than expected. Customer service was excellent.

I had one adhesion problem. The first "plank" out of the box did not adhere; it popped up from the smooth MDF base almost immediately. After many attempts to get it to stick, I just pulled it up and laid another piece. I had no other problems.
I didn't use the product as flooring. I made a custom T-shaped desk of 3/4 MDF them applied the vinyl flooring over the top. HINT: in this instance I had to scribe this countertop to the wall, so I cut the vinyl after adhesion to the base. You MUST use a fine tooth saw blade, otherwise the beautiful finish will be slightly chipped at the edges.
Overall, I'm very pleased. It looks great and the price is good.
I love this product. It was easy to install and it looks great. I intend to use it in my husband's office soon.

I used this in my kitchen, bedrooms, closets, and entry ways. It has been trampled by shoes with sand, has water sitting on it everyday from our cat spilling water and general kitchen use. It is perfect for high traffic areas. Only downside is that the finish is a little dull compared to the African Mahogany laminate, but it is so much less fragile with respect to sand and water traffic and fixing one tile is an easy job of pulling it up and slapping a new one in. The subfloor needs to be relatively free of bumps and waves, besides that it is great!
Do your prep work well and you'll have no problems installing this product if you can use a measuring tape and power saw.
Does not look like wood like other reviews said. I had vinly plank in my kitchen before and it looked like wood. This looks like cheap, flimsy vinyl. It scratches so quickly. In fact, pieces came out of the box scratched, probably from just rubbing against each other. I tried to save a couple of dollars by going with this product but it will end up costing more since I will have to replace much sooner than I thought.
Love it easy to use

This type of floor is cheap, easy to put down and looks great. All my friends and family love the look of it. I have never put down flooring before and even I found it to be a nice easy project to keep yourself busy.

Q:
I have been looking at different flooring and am confused about which product to get. I have dogs and a cat that are all getting older and do have potty accidents on occasion. I want to know what product would be best for this. I am afraid that the urine would go down into the seams of the plank vinyl. I don't have a ton of money so I need to watch the cost.1 answer

Can your vinyl plank flooring go "DIRECTLY" over 8"X8" ceramic tile with grouting without having any "High and Low" spots? I am thinking of using the flooring in my kitchen, and this is an important issue. I also understand you have 1/4" snap n click vinyl plank flooring as opposed to the 1,2, and 4mm peel and glue down. Would this 1/4" be better and act as a floating floor, thus eliminating my potential concern? Thank You.1 answer
A:
The 2mm peel & stick cannot be installed over this uneven ceramic surface (it won't stick).Q:
is this actual wood planks?1 answer
A:
No this is actually a vinyl flooring product
