[...] This was the first time we laid a hardwood floor, and we had a guy come into the house that does it for a living and he was quite impressed with the craftsmanship and how the floor looked. We have had compliments that some feel that it is one of the prettiest floor they ever seen. The floor was not too hard to install, and I did all the research online.

The product came to us with more that 35% unuseable piece, many had worm hole throughout. Some were warped and some had errors in the finish. [...]

Service and delivery comments:

We had a bad experience with the product, but the customer service was the best I have ever ever seen. Without the slightest problem the guys at Lumber Liquidators replaced the bad products, they trucked in product from 70 miles away the next day and delivered it directly to my house. There is literally nothing more they could have done. They did everything that was needed to fix the problem. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE LIMBER LIQUIDATORS AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEY TO ANYONE IN THE MARKEY FOR HARD WOODS. Beyond that we saved 54.7% over the next lowest quote!
