Form meets function in kitchens that have butcher block countertops by Williamsburg Butcher Block Company. The close grain provides a smooth surface, easily cleaned and cared for. Williamsburg Butcher Blocks are sold unfinished.

American Cherry is best known for being used throughout North America in fine furniture and cabinets. It has a gorgeous reddish color and subtle graining. The sapwood is cream color which contrasts sharply with the more red tones of the heartwood. American Cherry will change with age from a pale pink to a darker red, for a more luxurious classic look.

the backsplash was smaller strips joined together with odd angular shaped finger joints. the gaps were not large, but pretty visible, filled with pinkish hue caulking. If you look at the top of the backspash the finger joint was visible and not particularly attractive. probably wouldn't recommend for purchase.

I installed these countertops in my entire kitchen and it looks fantastic! Installation was easy, as long as you can read a tape measure and cut a straight line. Once installed and treated with food-grade oil, the look changes completely. The cherry wood is absolutely beautiful! And, at Lumber Liquidators I paid less than 50% of the regular price!!

Please do not change a thing about this product. I am never one to even take the time to write a review, but since we received the Cherry Butcher Block we have been in love. I priced our countertops out in Cherry Wood at our local hardware store and it was going to cost me a lot of money and I still had to install. We saved approximately $2500. We are putting our house on the market and wanted something nice, but affordable. A lot of people in our town use laminate, but I swore I would not. Now, we have countertops that will set up apart from the competition, thanks to Lumber Liquidators. I love the tops so much that I plan on having them put in our home we are building. Thank you sooo much!!!!!!!!

We put this product in our kitchen and absolutely love it. We took the extra length that was left over and made several cutting boards, one which we included in our own kitchen and it looks great. I am very excited about my new counters, they are my favorite part of the new kitchen

  This is a 3/4" thick board that is made for the wall (backsplash)
  If you are wanting to cover the top of your island with a Cherry Butcher Block; You will need to purchase three pieces of SKU # 10001375 @ $299.00 Each and glue them together for this size of an island.
