    Can u put the stair nose on top of the Existing stair nose or do u need to cut it off flush with the riser?

      Yes you will need to cut off the old bull nose first.

    how do you calculate a linear ft.? I have a stair edge that is 35" wide, how would that translate to a linear ft?
