I love the staff. I came into to buy oak or at least I thought. The uses for my high traffic area would have been an nightmare with oak. They recommended the bamboo! I thought that high-dollar stuff was way outside my price range. Not so much! I love my new bamboo floor and it will stand up to my high traffic areas better!

We just installed this floor and have already received many compliments from people. Very easy to install in our living room & office, took only 1 day. It has a slight glossy look but I'm sure it's because the floor is so new. Excited to add furniture to this beautiful floor.

We installed this flooring on the whole first level of our condo. We were disappointed that it scratched easily. We are not even living in the condo yet and there are already scratches on the flooring.

Great floor. Had it installed in my house about 1300 sqf. went down easy, no complaints yet. Looks great and feels great.

The floor is beautiful and has a great finish. I love how it looks. However, we've only had the floor 5 months and have had to get it re-layed because it shrunk leaving a 1 inch gap and several 1/4 inch gaps. If you use this bamboo, be sure your intallation person knows how to acclimate it correctly.

We put this in our dining room and kitchen. It looks absolutely beautiful. However, it scratches really easily. Very disappointed. I'm scared to even put bar stools on it. The one good thing is that I was able to take some stain I had and go over the scratches with it and it hid them pretty well. I was NOT expecting to see any scratches since this is supposed to be harder than oak and for as much as it costs.

Installed exactly as told and didnt cut any corners. Used the premium Bellwood underlayment. Still had issues. LL ultimately assisted in partially replacing however i still have to rip up the whole floor to fix. IT IS A VERY PRETTY FLOOR but not sure if its worth the headache.
