Easy to maintain. It looks like real wood and brightens my home. We just love it. Plan to install laminate in the bedrooms too.

Ordered on line, called the store, it was ready quickly.

It looks good but I had a hard time clicking some of the pieces together.

Everybody just assumes it's real wood. The individual plank construction is the way to go, no odd seams or anything. I've been showing my house and even seasoned realtors can't tell it's laminate. I haven't found a single damaged piece either.
I'm building my new home, I'm probably going to save some cash and have them use this same stuff.
The floor looks great. We did find a few boards (after the room was completed)with obvious manfacturing flaws in the finish. Not sure how we will fix this.

Nice thick sturdy foam backed so it should insulate and hold up very well.

Great product, couldnt be happier! I have installed these types of floors before, but this is the best!! Iinstalled 11 boxes of the flooring in about 4 hours, including cutting, etc. Installation was simple, and the boards lock and lay flat with little effort!
Service and delivery comments:
Lumber Liquidators did a great job recommending the right floor and giving valuable advice, I was very happy with the service, and will return to them for future projects

This stuff is way better then the pergo I installed in are last house which didn't last a year. Gave my wife a piece of the laminate i had cut so she could use it as a stiking block to hammer her bird feeder in the ground. She brought back the piece and it had no damage to it!
Looks great in the house. Will be buying more.

I chose this to replace a carpet and am very pleased. It is easy to care for, always looks nice and well worth the purchase price. I also bought premium underlayment with a vapor barrier to use with this product even though it has its own underlayment. It makes for a softer floor and should make it last longer.

I am a time served joiner I have been installing laminate for 20 years this is without a doubt the easiest flooring I have ever installed. I seems to be quite durable, I would recommend buying the vapor barrier from [@] a 10 mil visqueen vapor barrier is sufficient for this type of floor when laid over concrete and it will save you a bit money.

Does laminate flooring require acclamation time?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Yes. Acclimation: Condition the flooring before, during and after the installation in the room area to be installed. Do not store product on bare cement. Allow the planks to lie flat in unopened cartons away from exterior walls where they will be installed, for 48 hours before starting the installation. The indoor relative humidity should be 35-75%, with temperature of 60-85°F. Very dry or very humid climates may need extended conditioning. Poor acclimation may promote plank gapping or edge swelling.Q:
I have recently installed this floor throughout my rental house (living room, dining room, bedrooms, hallways). I am trying to decided whether or not to allow tenants to have pets. Can the floor become damaged and scratched by dogs? If so, how bad? How can the scratches be fixed?1 answer
A:
With a laminate my biggest concern would be "pet liquid deposits" affecting the HDF core and not so much the scratching.Q:
I am trying to install the Nirvana plus. I am having a terrible time. I keep getting gaps. I get it together, and then as I go to the next, they gap again. I am starting the 4th row,but the other three have developed spaces1 answer

Can a Shark Steam mop be used on this floor ?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Lumber Liquidators does not recommend "Water brooms" "Wet-Jet Swiffers or steamer type cleaners on laminates, corks or hardwood floors. Although steamers may work well cleaning OTHER types of hard surface flooring, the 130° to 240° heated steam vapor can ruin wood or urethane finish resulting in warped or cupped flooring. Water and wood do not mix well, especially steam. Use these products at your own risk.Q:
Do I still need an underlaying with this product eventhough it states that it already has attached underlay?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
No additional underlayment is necessary.Q:
Is this laminate slippery to walk on......it does not seem to have any fine slight scraped finish as other laminates that I have seen....1 answer
A:
This laminate does have a textured surface that will help with slip resistance.Q:
