Give your floors a REAL WOOD look and feel with St. James Collection!

St. James Collection by Dream Home - 12mm Blacksburg Barn Board Laminate Flooring - High Gloss - 30 Year Warranty

With a variety of 12mm V groove laminate options with an additional 3mm of pre-glued underlayment, from a high gloss to a warm low gloss finish, and with deep, warm to medium hues, this spectacular flooring make a stunning floor!
St. James offers a regal alternative. The V groove makes it a snap to install and the random lengths give your floors a real wood look and feel.
At 12mm, the St. James Collection is very durable and comes with a 30 year warranty!

Quick Installation Tips:
- Store flooring flat for 48 hours in its original packaging at room temperature.
- Must be installed over a clean, stable, flat, smooth, and dry surface.
- Moisture barrier is required for installations over concrete.
- Make sure the panels are mixed sufficiently when you install them so that you do not end up with too many identical, light or dark panels next to each other.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE ADDITIONAL PADDING:
Laminates having pre-attached padding can be installed over an underlayment. When doing so, Lumber Liquidators recommends the use of our Bellawood Premium underlayment or ECO Silent Sound underlayment. These quality underlayments will best support the joints while ensuring superior thermal sound reduction qualities and are highly recommended for use with condominium associations, project planners and building specifiers.

St. James Collection's Advantages:
- No glue and no nails needed
- Easy Click Installation
- Moisture resistant board
- Thickness: 12mm + 3mm (1/8") pre-glued underlayment
- AC Rating: 3
- 30 Year Warranty

Fairly easy to install for a beginner like myself. Very hard wood - had to replace saw blades about half way through the install. Looks great.

        Great product for the price

Great looking floor. Lays well and relatively easy to install. Given it's laminate construction, cannot make an open cut without cracking, but that's true of any laminate. Overall, well worth the price. We did one room and decided to complete the entire second floor with it.

This flooring looks beautiful. The project was ambitious because of the large area we did but it turned out great. Everything was in stock and the associates were quite helpful with tips and advice.

I have installed difficult laminate flooring. This is the most expensive and the most difficult. The dimensions are not true leaving gaps. I feel very bad about this purchase.

Really looks great. Just be careful to mix up your panels so that the knot in the finish doesn't appear so repetitive.

Love this floor !!! Color works great with multiple wall/décor colors. Originally, I bought it for a carport renovation, making a studio apartment type room. It looked so good, I put it in my Grandaughter's room too.

                                        How easy it to readjust/reinstall?

We are doing a dining room immediately but eventually look to remove a part of wall at some point and tie into the hallway with the same material (will buy enough for the hallway)

                                        considerations? can we do this?

                                        thanks

I purchased another 150 sqft this month to do another room and the old flooring doesn't fit with the new, it doesn't snap together properly. Did the product change in that time? Has anyone else had this problem?

Unfortunately we do change vendors due to cost & availability and different manufacturers have different milling profiles.

I will install this floor over existing concrete (ground level) and purchased the recommended moisture barrier with the product. Because our house has substantial existing baseboard mouldings we will not be removing them for installation, therefore will not be able to place the underlayment 'up the wall' as suggested below. Will this cause issues? Is this recommendation only for below-ground installation? Also, the salesman did not offer an additional padding option for this flooring, will this help with wear? If so, I would return to the store to purchase prior to installation. Thank you

You should be okay ON GRADE if you butt to the baseboard and install quarter round moulding to cover the expansion gaps. Be sure that the quarter round doesn't pinch the laminate flooring and prevent expansion and contraction.

Additional padding is absolutely not necessary for padding attached laminate.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE ADDITIONAL PADDING:
Laminates having pre-attached padding can also be installed over an underlayment.

When using area rugs, use a rug pad with a felt, plant or PVC based backing. DO NOT use area rugs with a petroleum based rubber backing (typically black) as this can cause permanent chemical staining/etching of the floor finish.

We can only recommend our Bellawood Floor Cleaner, or cleaners that are safe for water based urethane finishes. Never use any polish, wax, oil soaps or cleaners that add shine to the floor. In addition, we do not recommend using steamers or wet-jet cleaning systems for hardwood because spraying can collect moisture in between board edges. The use of these products is at your own risk.

We do not recommend the wet jet swifter because of the fact it could potentially spray out to much solution onto the wood flooring. This could create issues with MDF and HDF core products if to much solution were to get into the seams. This can create swelling or raised seams in laminates. On our Bellawood cleaner and laminate cleaner bottles we have instructions on the label to spray the cleaner onto the cloth and not the floor. This allows the cloth to absorb the moisture and not the floor absorb the moisture. A light damp cloth is all that is needed no dripping water or sprayed cleaner on the floor.

You can either remove the baseboard and replace or install a quarter round molding against the baseboard after to cover the expansion gap necessary for this flooring.
