Best feature of this laminate floor is that it came in three different individual lengths for each package. This allowed us to really customize the look of our flooring - no seams matched up and the pattern truely looked random. The floors are very easy to clean allowing us to maintain a healthier home for our growing family. This floor has already been put to the test with our first son. We couldn't be happier with the results!
Service and delivery comments:
I was very happy to be able to take samples home to view it against our current hardwood and vinyl flooring, against the wall colors, and furniture. We were able to bring it all home the day we selected it with the exception of the transition piece. The only con we experienced with service was the long wait on our transition piece. We were told two weeks; that turned into four, almost 5 weeks. If we wouldn't have called to check the status of our order, it would have been longer because somehow the order was never placed with the manufacturer after 3 weeks. Also, we were not notified when it came in. But all together we're very happy to be able to put the finishing touches on on our new flooring.

I put dowm 740 sq. ft. found 3 bad pices so can't complane about that needed some to cut anyway

The Blacksburg Barn Board laminate reducer is a perfect match to the laminate flooring of the same name. It is easy to use and a must for joining your new flooring to existing flooring of a different height. Be careful with your measurements, though- this piece is quite expensive.

Is the reducer supposed to fit down into the track completely as shown in the illustration on the product page? The U track is .35 inches in height and my floor is .6 inches thick. I can barely get the reducer to seat in the U track and it is tilted. Just seems like there should be a better fit.1 answer

Yes, U-Track is fastened to the subfloor and then Reducer snaps into place, it pushes on much like a zip-lock bag. Over wood subfloor screw down the U-Track with wood screws. On concrete subfloor, screw with Tapcon or other concrete screws and/or Liquid Nail.Q:
