We installed this product in our newly built dining room. It was easy to install, cleans very well, and just looks so real and rich like real hard wood flooring.

Q:
Would you use the T-molding between the laminate and carpet? Or some other type of transition piece?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
A reducer is generally used between flooring and carpet. For details type, "transition" here - www.lumberliquidators.com/custserv/aboutus.jsp?pageName=Flooring101Q:
what is used to hold the t moulding in place?1 answer
A:
The Blacksburg Barn Laminate T-Molding comes with a metal or plastic track. The track is secured to a wood subfloor using wood screws. If you are installing over a concrete subfloor you can pre-drill and secure the track with screws designed for concrete or you can glue down the track with a heavy construction adhesive. Once the track is secure you can snap the molding into the track.Q:
I was wondering what i need to use between the flooring and the carpet? their is a 2 inch gap in some spots. i will need about 20 feet. this is in a year round cabin.1 answer
A:
The widest laminate moldings are only1 5/8' wide. Our wood moldings are 2" wide.Q:
I purchased this molding but it wasn't in stock. I need the dimensions as I've already begun installation.1 answer
A:
I do apologize for the delay on your molding, but if you leave a 1" space between the laminate flooring and the floor your transitioning to the T-molding will work. If you go to our website at www.lumberliquidators.com and click on the Flooring 101 link you will come to a search menu. In the search box type "floating floor transitions" and click on the link that comes up. The instructions are in the top PDF file you see.
