We can only recommend our Bellawood Floor Cleaner, or cleaners that are safe for water based urethane finishes. Never use any polish, wax, oil soaps or cleaners that add shine to the floor.A:

Yes, generally. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on open bundles, close-outs, odd-lots, laminates or items no longer in stock. Special orders are non-cancelable and may not be returned for any reason, other than defect. Any shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. We accept cash, checks and credit cards. There is a $25 returned check fee.Q:
can you mix the widths of your oak floors. We currently have 400 feet of your 3 1/4 rustic red oak flooring and would like to consider mixing the 5 and 3 1/4 to go throughout our house.1 answer

It would not be recommended for the rustic product because we have several vendors (mills) that provide our raw material and when you mix mills they may not fit together (align) properly.Q:
