Morning Star Clic 1/2" x 5" Natural Clic Strand Bamboo |
|
|
Morning Star Bamboo Flooring is one of the best bamboo floors on the market today. It is produced from old growth bamboo reeds that are at least 4 years old, thereby increasing hardness. Morning Star Bamboo Flooring creates a naturally beautiful and ecologically friendly product that evokes a feeling of luxury. Quick Highlights: Natural: Bamboo in its natural, unstained state. Strand To make strand bamboo, shredded bamboo fibers are compressed under extreme heat and pressure. This manufacturing process yields flooring that is even harder and more dense than traditional bamboo floors. Available in a variety of colors to complement and décor, all Morning Star strand bamboo products are finished with premium coating and backed by a 30 year warranty. And, since bamboo is a naturally sustainable grass that re-grows spontaneously after harvest, you can feel good about making an environmentally friendly flooring decision. It's simple... Not enough and want more?

Beautiful flooring, good price
Service and delivery comments:
All of the products and installers were/are great - no complaints. Unfortunately, customer service/sales and up-front information was sorely lacking - we were notified that all materials were in and ready for pick up which was not the case - we found out after the materials had been delivered and after intallation began that the thresholds were not in and, in fact, had not been ordered yet - it could take up to two months to get in. This created a lot of heated conversations with LL (PSL/SLW, FL) and could have cost us additional charges had we not put our foot down. Bottom line - although we love our floors, we probably wouldn't go through LL again - way too stressful an experience.

We decided since it was clic type flooring to do it ourselves. It took us one solid day to get it all done. We ended up with a million splinters, but the end result was totally worth it. I love our new floors, and I especially love that bamboo is sustainable flooring.

Great flooring if you have dogs. Dog nails will do no harm, however we inadvertently scratched the floor a bit putting our tv back in place. The sliders had a bit of dirt/sand on them and that WILL scratch the floor so be careful when moving furniture. Once it is all in place, though, it is very durable and pet friendly.

very nice product. I would buy it again.
I put it in my kitchen and it is perfect. Coloration hides dirt so always looks good.
I don't know how it will hold up after years of use, but to install was really easy and it looks great. I don't know of anything easier to install, really.
