We used this for our large basement as part of a cosmetic remodel of our newly purchased home. The flooring is a nice, rich color, that enhances the room. It took two people, nearly four days to install but it was well worth it. We installed 900 feet of laminate and had to cut several pieces to fit well. You need a power saw to do this correctly or you risk ruining the laminates. The best part is the look, feel, and low maintenance. This is a great value and well worth the hard work to install.

There were a few white spots, on some of the panels, that we were able to cut around. We have 2 dogs, and we have had no problems

The flooring looks great and only took a day and a half to install. The flooring is value priced and has very fragile joints that are easily damaged if you are not carefull. It went down fairly easily, but some of the connecions need to be helped along with a block and hammer CAREFULLY. If you have not installed this type of flooring before, have it done or find someone who has, which will help greatly.

The floor itself is not bad considering how low the price was, but it does look cheaper than hoped for.

I put the floors in my living room and I absolutely LOVE them.

We really like the way this floor looks and how quickly it went down - it took us 2 afternoons to do 200 sq ft (we could have done it in one but our knees couldn't take anymore!). You need to be careful when tapping the flooring into place as sometimes the edging tends to chip. It isn't "top of the line" laminate so we will see how well it holds up underfoot of our two energetic toddlers, but for the price, it should at least outlast the warranty.

There is junk in the seams that needs to be cleaned prior to laying the floor. I wasn't warned about this at pick up and after much frustration I called the dealer and they had a tech in the area that came by and showed us how to clean the seams. Snap a chalk line and make sure your room is square. I would get a thicker underlay next time to absorb imperfections in the subfloor!

Nice coloring and texture. Love the ease of putting it together!
We have flooring throughout out home, but,the walls are beautiful with it.

I have installed this flooring in the living/dining room area. Also have an area rug on top to help with the sound/echoes. We love the look of this flooring, a luxurious look at a fraction of the cost.
We would HIGHLY recommend Lumber Liquidators and this particular flooring: Chestnut
I recommend the installers who were professional, courteous, cleaned up after job was finished.
Wish I could include a pic but...

CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Bellawood Cleaner can be used, however when it is over applied and not completely wiped up a residue can form. Wipe thoroughly and use a water damp mop or cloth if needed. Our "Laminate Flooring Cleaner" is a more appropriate cleaner.Q:

Hi there,1 answer
A:
I would recommend at least a 10MM or a 12MM in order to be durable enough for the kids and the dogQ:
Is the laminate wood floors waterproof? Do they work well with pets?1 answer
A:
Despite today's advanced technology, water spills, dirt and other abrasive substances can damage any flooring product. Laminates are not water proof, we have a 2mm peel and stick and now a 4mm click together product that can go in full bath areas or where moisture is a concern. Location, traffic patterns, how often the floor is vacuumed and cleaned, children and/or pets are all factors that influence wear and durability.Q:
How can I find out the warranty coverage on this and other flooring products you have?1 answer
A:
All of our warranty information and specs on products can be located on our Flooring 101 link at the bottom of our websiteQ:
What is a good dog friendly flooring? (Labs)1 answer
A:
For durability I suggest looking at the finish, the species of wood, and the tongue and groove. Engineered products that offer a high finish warranty typically have multiple layers of finish and in many cases have aluminum oxide mix in the finish to make it more wear and scratch resistant, but this does not mean scratch proof. Some species of wood are harder than others so with active Labs I would choose a species that has a very hard Janka rating like Natural Strand bamboo, Brazilian Walnut, Brazilian Teak, Acacia, and others. Many engineered flooring product have a plywood/birch core or a HDF core underneath the veneer layer. A plywood/birch core tends to be stronger and more durable. Products with multiple layer of plywood cross linked tend to also be more dimensionally stable.Q:
