Rustic grade flooring will have knot holes and open character which will readily fill and the most color variation. A limited number of pieces with no tongues which may be face nailed are also permitted.

Beautiful wood!

Lovely wood with lots of character. If you want a floor that looks pretty uniform, stay away from this one. But if you're like me and like flooring that's interesting to look at with lots of different shades and patterns, consider this.
