AMAZING PRODUCT!!!!!! I have installed floor tile many times in the passed, but never hardwood flooring. For my first time, I was impressed how easy it went down. I used a Freeman pneumatic flooring stapler with 2" staples into OSB sub flooring. The floor is so tight, quiet, and the Eco-Silent underlayment definitely insulates the floor. I was able to lay down approximately 400 square feet of this product in about 12 hours with the assistance of one other person. Very minimal damaged/warped boards. I cannot remember a single board I was not able to use at one point in the installation. I HIGHLY recommend this product. It changes the entire "feel" of the room. Prior to the hardwood, my flooring was builders grade carpet.
Good looking floor

Installed this product in the dining room a little over 220 sf took about 10 hrs working by myself.
Did not have any problems with tapered cut boards most boards were between 24" and 45" but I like the randomness look it gives. I had 1 board in 9 boxes that had small surace damage and did not use.
I am a DIY'er and it truly was an easy install. Like any other product do your prep work and start off straight

Its a beautiful floor ONCE installed. We normally purchase a more expensive floor direct from a manufacture. LL had a year end sale, so we decided to give them a try. I've used their unfinished product previously, and found it to be a lot of scrap wood.
This time we went with a product that was supposed to be much more then we paid for it (they won't let me put in prices). Looks great, 2 biggest complaints, short boards. MOST are 24-40in. There are NO 5+ foot boards. This is a wide floor, so it looks a little like pergo because the boards are so short.
2nd biggest issue, the groves are not cut even! Some boards have a slight taper to them. So once you run a row, you need to check it careful, or the next row will have a gap if OR worse, you'll get off your square line and end up with crooked lines as you run across the floor.
We fixed by squaring the boards up on a table saw, but for this price, modifiying the planks shouldn't be needed, and its the type of thing a typical home owner wouldn't know how to do.
Once its done, it does look great! But its not a simple product to install. For a couple bucks more a foot, a premium product can be purchased, and you'll make up the cost in labor savings.
