Comments about 4" x10" FWF PR Bamboo Grill:
We have used this product previously when we installed another bedroom floor. The design has changed, but the concept remained the same. The register and frame work well with 5/8 bamboo and provide a smooth solid floor look that is easy to clean.

Comments about 4" x10" FWF PR Bamboo Grill:
Had to sand down to remove the varnish from this natural bamboo grill, and then stain and varnish to match "cherry" stained bamboo flooring. Was only thing avaialable unless I wanted to pay $80 each for custom stained version.

This is one of the coolest things I've ever seen! I knew when I saw it our floor wouldn't be complete without it. Totally worth the cost and added time to install just right. Will be putting in for all hardwood floor remodels.

Can Dream Home Colma Maple be used on stairs? If so, how do I ensure the stair nosing and subfloor/cork underlayment all blend for a beautiful, squeak-free stair? This installation is in a townhouse condominium.1 answer
A:
Yes, The Dream Home Colma Maple could be glued down the plywood stair tread and risers using a urethane wood adhesive. The cork underlayment should not be used on a stair case installation. The stair nosing can be glued with our Bostik Best tube adhesive and screwed down with wood screws, to the front of the tread. You should pre-drill and counter sink the holes before setting the screws in place. Fill hole with matching latex wood filler. The stair nosing will over lap the laminate.
