The Bellawood cleaner and mop that's included in your at home kit is worthless. I vacuum and dry swifter dust my floors twice a week, but when I use the Bellwood spray and mop, it picks up nothing, it does not dissolve grime, stickiness, dirt, etc.
All it's good for is a nice shine product. I have to continue to get on my hands and knees and scrub the hardwood floor with a damp cloth.

Quick and easy to use for a fast clean up for your floors. I was surprised how good my floors looked after I used it. I haven't tried another brand to compare but I have no plans to use anything else. Price was comparable to a competitors and easy to put together.

We spray product onto the mop and apply to flooring. If spray directly onto floor, it is too wet and harder to apply evenly.

This is the floor we always wanted in our living room and dining room. It is simply beautiful and classic (not trendy). It looks like it belongs in our home, like it has always been there. American Cherry has a warm tone that will deepen over time. What a pleasant change from the builder-grade carpet we lived with for 23 years!
Service and delivery comments:
We picked up the flooring in our pickup truck, which was very easy. The product was transported from the warehouse to our truck via forklift, and the operator loaded it in the truck.
The installers were prompt, courteous and professional. They installed our floor (and shoe moulding) in less than one day, cleaned up all debris and vacuumed the floor before they left.
We returned two unopened boxes of flooring, and were promptly reimbursed.

I used this floor kit on high-gloss wood laminate. Other products left streaks and didn't clean well.

Great cleaner, great mop head. But my mop handle is less than 2 ft long, and not adjustable. I can't mop my floor bent over! I checked the box to see if a piece is missing but nothing is in there. Waste of money to buy the kit if this is the best they can come up with for the mop. Buy the pads and cleaner and get a separate mop handle.
Floor cleaner does what is supposed to. With contractors in and out I have had to clean the floor several times and the floor has come out like new with no residue

A:
For general cleaning a swiffer type system works best. Not one that sprays the floor however. Lightly damp is fine but never soak or flood mop your floor. Do not use steam mops. Have a no shoes policy as much as possible. Use felt pads on all furniture. Sweep often.Q:
What type of cleaner is used on engineered wood floors?1 answer
A:
We can only recommend our Bellawood Floor Cleaner, or cleaners that are safe for water based urethane finishes. Never use any polish, wax, oil soaps or cleaners that add shine to the floor. Thank you for your inquiry.
