For a printed wood, the grain patterns are varied nicely. The handscrapping makes it look more like a real wood floor as well. It's easier to install than a standard hardwood with low waist. The color is a reddish brown similar to an aged cherry. The wide boards look good in a large space. We've only had it in for a couple of days so I can't say anything for the durability. It does show dirt, but all dark floors do. Overall value is excellent with the sale!

This is beautiful flooring in my office which is a huge room above the garage. Looks beautiful in the large space. Highly recommend Oakwood Cabintry who did the install in just one day! Very hard working father and son did an unbelievable job!

What finish is on this? I have been looking at pictures of rooms with Golden Acacia wood floors but they say they are finished in ex. Black Walnut Finish.
