      Beautiful and practical

Only have it less than a week but am thrilled with it. While it does show scuffs and water marks you have to really be picky and look for them and they wipe up with a damp paper towel. Does not scratch even with four dogs running around. So much better than the laminate we replaced which fell apart in less than a year. It was a little more expensive but so worth it. It is a hand scraped look and really looks like real hardwood. Puppy accidents sit on top and wipe right up with no penetration or damage. So far, so very good! We chose to have Lumber Liquidators install it and we couldn't have been happier with them. Professional, courteous, friendly, which is important when you are doing so much and they are with you for three days! My only comment is that while they did clean up their installation mess behind them it did not include them cleaning the floor and we would have liked that.

Open your boxes and lay out product to match grain before starting. Large broken up areas require careful measurements to determine start point for width of planks, and stagger pattern for ends. Product looks good now, time will tell.

I chose this flooring for installation in a seasonal cottage on Kelleys Island in Lake Erie OH. So far, so good. I have used 50 boxes with no issue at all. The flexibility of the vinyl is great and makes for a nice easy install. Just score with a razor knife and snap for cuts (like drywall). I wish the product was a little less expensive since it's not any real wood, but it looks great and is super durable, water proof, etc.

Great replacement option for carpet, or laminate, flooring in my rental properties. Low cost, high life expectancy. Very durable and beautiful to look at. Can replace/repair damaged sections instead of having to replace whole rooms of flooring. I get 3 to 5 years wear out of carpet and expect to get 10+ years out of this product.

We are using this in a the living area, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. We are VERY happy with the results. The scoring with a box cutter and breaking apart is not an exaggeration. Breaking pieces off that are more than 6 inches are very easy. Pieces less than about 6 inches can easily be broken of by placing the plank on the edge of a counter top on the score line. I used needle nosed pliers for nipping off pieces smaller than an inch. Make sure to measure room width to make sure last board will be at least 3 inches wide, and adjust width of first row, if last row will be less than 3 inches wide. I scored planks on the pattern side.
I would recommend this to anyone needing to change the flooring in their house.

                                    A:

This is a vinyl (resilient) product, I would get some samples to see if it "tough enough" for your dogs nails.
Despite today's advanced technology, water spills, dirt and other abrasive substances can damage a wood floor's finish. Location, traffic patterns, how often the floor is vacuumed and cleaned, children and/or pets are all factors that influence wear and durability.
                                    Thank you for your inquiry.
