  • Q:

When I installed the trim to abut carpet the trim does not lie flat all along its length. In a few spots its not flush to the vinyl floor. I installed the anchors at 15 inches as instructed OR LESS and it still buckles in a few spots. How do I correct this issue?

      A:

Most likely the plush carpet is not allowing the Multi-trim to lay flat on the floor.

  • Q:

when using t-moulding transition strip for the vinyl planking. What is gap you leave between planks for proper fit? There is no measurement for that. I have been told 4mm and 1" - neither seem correct. The overall width says only 1.5". Seems like this should be made very clear and its not.
